There is no registration fee for sovereign attendees. In general, sovereign attendees must be employed by a sovereign wealth fund, central bank, ministry of finance, state investment corporation, sovereign wealth enterprise, or governmental pension fund. The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute has full discretion on who qualifies as a sovereign attendee.
